wedding: the temple

We got our wedding pictures back. So beware for wedding overload.
I'll break it up into different posts, don't you worry.
There's still going to be so many pictures!

Growing up, I always said I wanted to get married in the Salt Lake City temple.
I always wanted to go every Christmas to see the lights and the temple that I would be married in.
I loved that it looks like a castle.
Fast forward a few years, when the Draper temple was dedicated.
We went to the open house, and I saw how gorgeous it was inside.
This was the first temple I had been through.
I decided then, that I didn't care what temple I was going to be married in, because I figured they'd all be just as beautiful.

When Trav and I started talking about getting married, he said he wanted to be married in the Salt Lake temple.
It was a done deal from there.

Isn't it gorgeous?

Our temple sealing time was scheduled for 12:20.
We were instructed to be there by 10:30.
Trav and I drove up together and recorded videos of our excitement as we drove.
We listened to our playlist of love songs that we made for the reception.

Who says "peace out" anymore??... whatever.
We were just happy.

We got all situated and waited in that beautiful castle.
We were both antsy.
Well, mostly me.. I could not hold still.
SO EXCITED.
Pretty sure I had a cheesy grin on my face the entire day.
The sealing was perfect.
We were both so happy.
"Happy," was the word of the day.
I loved that the room was FILLED with people we love.
I loved that as we walked out of the temple, there were even MORE people we loved.
All to support us.
We are lucky kids!
Here are some pictures from when we walked out.

Thanks to everyone who came up to support us, it means the world.
We love every single person up on those stairs.
Seriously.
