i made a blog.

One time, my friend Riki and I did crafts. 

As we were working away, conversation happened.

We talked about wedding, and blogs and being married.

She said I NEEDED to start a blog so that Trav and I can look back at our life as we are first married.

So I started a blog. I don't know what to say in my blog.

But I do know, I want to write a blog for me and Trav.

So that we can see what we've done, see our memories we made together and what we've accomplished.

I know this blog isn't pretty right now or anything. I'll work on it.

I need to learn.

I still need to decide things like: 

do i write with proper grammar or with lowercase letters?

and a cooler name than, "The Picketts."

...any suggestions?

But I do know that I want lots of pictures. Pictures are the best memories.

I'm kind of nervous to put our lives out to the public, or even open to close friends and family for that matter. 

I've never, ever been the "open" type, but rather more quiet and reserved.

I'd rather talk about you than talk about me.

But here we go, open to the world. Because this blog is for me and Travis, not anyone else.
